Annuler ou retourner ma commande
Tant qu'elle n'est pas expédiée, une commande peut être annulée et remboursée intégralement. Après réception, vous avez 30 jours pour un retour ou un échange gratuit.
Sign in to track, cancel or return an order. Without an account, write to us with your order number using the form below.
The order has not shipped yet
Ask to cancel it from your account: open the order, then “Cancel”. Once the request is accepted, you are refunded in full, to the payment method you used.
The order has already shipped
Ask for a return from your account: open the order, then “Return”. You receive a prepaid return label, at our expense. The refund is issued once the piece is back with us and has been checked.
